Article 69 of the Teaching Professions Syndicate Law

للعضو الحق فى معاش تقاعد من هذا الصندوق تحدده اللائحة الداخلية إذا توافرت فيه الشروط الآتية :
( ا ) إذا تقاعد لبلوغ السن القانونية ، أو بسبب عجزه عن العمل قبل بلوغ السن المذكورة ويثبت ذلك بقرار من القومسيون الطبى المختص .
(ب) وكان مسددا رسم اشتراك النقابة من تاريخ قيد اسمه فى الجدول ما لم يكن قد أعفى منه بقرار من مجلس إدارة النقابة العامة .
(ج) وانطبقت عليه القواعد التى تنص عليها اللائحة الداخلية لاستحقاق المعاش .
