فى حالة وفاة العضو تصرف النقابة معاش وفاة لمن كان يعولهم من الورثة وفقا للأحكام والشروط التى تحددها اللائحة الداخلية للنقابة .
ولمجلس إدارة النقابة العامة الحق فى تعديل هذا المعاش وفقا لما تقتضيه حالة الصندوق أو حالة المنتفع بالمعاش .
