لا تكون قرارات لجنة الصندوق نافذة إلا إذا صدق عليها مجلس إدارة النقابة العامة ، ويختص هذا المجلس وحده بالفصل نهائيا فى التظلمات التى يقدمها ذوو الشأن أو أحد أعضاء لجنة الصندوق .
