يتكون مجلس إدارة النقابة من النقيب وأربعين عضوا تختارهم الجمعية العمومية للنقابة بالانتخاب المباشر و بأغلبية أصوات الحاضرين ، وعند التساوى يجرى الاختيار بطريق القرعة .
و ينتخب مجلس إدارة النقابة الوكيلين والأمين العام وأمين الصندوق وثلاثة مساعدين للأمين العام من بين أعضائه فى أول انعقاد له بعد اجتماع الجمعية العمومية فى كل سنة ، بالاقتراع السرى و بأغلبية أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين .
