تعقد الجمعية العمومية اجتماعا غير عادى كلما رأى مجلس النقابة ضرورة لذلك أو إذا قدم إليه طلب مسبب موقع عليه من مائة عضو على الأقل ممن لهم حق حضور الجمعية العمومية .
وللجمعية العمومية غير العادية الحق فى سحب الثقة من مجلس النقابة ، على أن يحضر اجتماع هذه الجمعية نصف عدد الأعضاء على الأقل المقيدين فى الجدول ممن لهم حق الانتخاب . ويكون القرار بأغلبية أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين .
