يحاكم أمام الهيئة التأديبية للنقابة الأعضاء الذين يخالفون
أحكام هذا القانون أو اللائحة الداخلية للنقابة أو يرتكبون أمورا مخلة
بواجبات المهنة أو ماسة بكرامتها ، مع مراعاة أن الأعضاء من العاملين
بالحكومة والهيئات والمؤسسات العامة والشركات لا يحاكمون أمام هذه
الهيئة إلا فيما يقع منهم بسبب مزاولة المهنة خارج أعمال وظائفهم .
