على طالب القيد فى جدول الصحفيين المشتغلين أن يكون قد أمضى مدة التمرين بغير انقطاع ، وكان له نشاط صحفى ظاهر خلالها ، وأن يرفق بطلب القيد شهادة مفصلة عن نشاطه فى الصحيفة أو وكالة الأنباء التى أمضى فيها مدة التمرين .
