لا تكون قرارات الجمعيات العمومية للنقابات الفرعية وقرارات مجالس النقابات الفرعية نافذة إلا بعد التصديق عليها من مجلس النقابة .
فإذا لم يعترض عليها المجلس خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ رفعها إليه تعتبر نافذة .
