يجتمع مجلس النقابة مرة كل شهر على الأقل بدعوة من النقيب أو بناء على طلب ثلاثة من أعضائه كتابة ، ولا يعتبر الاجتماع صحيحا إلا إذا حضره سبعة من أعضائه على الأقل ، وتصدر قراراته بالأغلبية المطلقة ، وإذا تساوت الأصوات رجح الرأى الذى منه النقيب أو من يحل محله .
