يختص مجلس النقابة بتسوية المنازعات المهنية بين أعضاء النقابة ، ويعين المجلس لهذا الغرض لجنة مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء من بينهم النقيب أو أحد الوكيلين ، تقوم بتحقيق أوجه الخلاف وتقدم تقريرا عنها إلى المجلس ، ويكون قراره فيها ملزما للأطراف المعنية .
وتعرض المنازعات على المجلس بناء على طلب أحد الطرفين أو كليهما ، أو بناء على طلب أى عضو من أعضاء المجلس .
