Article 20 of the Technological Universities Law

يشكل مجلس القسم العلمى بالكلية أو المعهد التكنولوجى برئاسة رئيس مجلس القسم ،
وعضوية كل من :
١ - جميع الأساتذة ، والأساتذة المساعدين بالقسم .
٢ - خمسة من المدرسين بالقسم على الأكثر ، يتناوبون العضوية فيما بينهم دوريا
كل سنة بالأقدمية فى وظيفة مدرس .
وفى جميع الأحوال يجب ألا يجاوز عدد المدرسين فى المجلس عدد باقى أعضاء هيئة
التدريس فيه .
