يكون لرئيس الجامعة التكنولوجية نواب يصدر بتعيينهم وتحديد اختصاصاتهم قرار
من الوزير المختص بناء على عرض رئيس الجامعة بعد أخذ رأى مجلس الجامعة ،
وذلك لمدة أربع سنوات قابلة للتجديد .
