يتولى رئيس الجامعة التكنولوجية إدارة شئونها العلمية والمالية والإدارية ، وإصدار
القرارات والتعليمات اللازمة لحسن سير العمل بها ، ويكون مسئولا عن تنفيذ السياسة العلمية
الخاصة بأهداف الجامعة ، وتنفيذ قرارات مجلس الجامعة ، ويمثل الجامعة فى صلاتها
بالغير وأمام القضاء .
