Article 75 of the Investment Law

تتكون موارد الهيئة مما يأتى :
١ – الاعتمادات المالية التى تخصصها لها الدولة .
٢ – الرسوم ومقابل الخدمات التى تحصلها الهيئة عدا تلك التى تحصلها لحساب الجهات الأخرى .
٣-الهبات والمنح والقروض المحلية والخارجية التى يوافق عليها مجلس إدارة الهيئة طبقا للقواعد المقررة فى هذا الشأن .
٤ – مقابل شغل العقارات المملوكة أو المخصصة للهيئة .
٥ – أى موارد أخرى يصدر بها قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء .
