تكون الإجراءات والمدد المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون واجبة التطبيق عند الحصول
على خدمات الاستثمار ، دون أن يخل ذلك بتطبيق أى قوانين أو إجراءات تتيح للمستثمر
الحصول على الموافقات أو التصاريح أو التراخيص بإجراءات أيسر أو خلال مدد زمنية أقل
من المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية .
