مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى قانون آخر ،
يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف جنيه
كل من يخالف أيا من أحكام المواد (٣) ، (٤) ، الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة (٧) ، (٨) ، (١٠)
من هذا القانون ، وتنعقد المسئولية الجنائية على الشخص الاعتبارى إذا ثبتت المخالفة فى حقه .
ويعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه كل من يخالف
حكم المادة (١٢) من هذا القانون .
