فى حالة تلقى النيابة العامة بلاغا أو محضر استدلال محرر
من مأمور الضبط القضائى فى واقعة حادث موجب للتعويض وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون
يتم الاستعلام من إدارة المرور المختصة عن اسم الشركة المؤمنة على المركبة واسم المؤمن له
وإثبات ذلك بمحضر التحقيق وعليها إخطار الشركة المؤمنة بوقوع الحادث .
