لا يجوز لغير أفراد الفريق العلاجي أو القائمين على السجلات الطبية الاطلاع
على المستندات الخاصة بالمريض إلا بإذن كتابي منه. كما لا يجوز استخراج صورة منها
إلا بإذن من المجلس الإقليمي للصحة النفسية.
