Article 29 of the Mental Health Care Law

يجوز فى حالة الضرورة العاجلة إعطاء المريض النفسى العلاج دون الحصول على موافقته
متى كان ذلك لازما لمنع حدوث تدهور وشيك للحالة النفسية أو الجسدية للمريض
من شأنها أن تعرض حياته أو صحته أو حياة وصحة الآخرين لخطر جسيم وشيك
على ألا تجاوز مدته اثنتين وسبعين ساعة وذلك طبقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
