يجوز لمدير المنشأة فى حالة إصابة المودع بأحد الأمراض العضوية التصريح بخروجه خروجه
بصحبة الشرطة للعلاج بأحدى المستشفيات المتخصصة ، وفي هذه الحالة تلتزم الشرطة
بحراسته طوال فترة علاجه وإعادته إلى مكان الإيداع .
