Article 6 of the Armed Forces Officers Judicial Committees Law

يقدم طلب الطعن كتابة من صاحب الشأن أو محاميه من صورتين إلى إدارة شئون الضباط للقوات المسلحة بالنسبة للقوات البرية وإلى فرع شئون الضباط المختص بالنسبة للقوات الأخرى .
ويجب أن يشتمل الطلب على البيانات التالية :
( أ ) رتبة واسم الطاعن وسلاحه ووحدته إذا كان ضابطا وفى غير هذه الحالة يذكر اسم الطاعن وعنوانه .
(ب) بيان موضوع الطلب أو ملخص القرار الإدارى المطعون فيه .
( ج ) بيان بالأسباب التى بنى عليها الطلب الطعن وأسانيده .
( د ) طلبات الطاعن .
