يكون ميعاد الطعن فيما يتعلق بطلبات الإلغاء ستين يوما من تاريخ إعلان صاحب الشأن
بالقرار الإدارى أو نشره ، أما بالنسبة للقرارات الصادرة من لجان الضباط أو مجالس الكليات
والمعاهد العسكرية أو مكتب تنسيق القبول لها فيكون ميعاد الطعن فيها ثلاثين يوما
من تاريخ إعلان صاحب الشأن بالقرار أو نشره.
