Article 8 of the Vacant Estates Law

تسلم الأراضى الزراعية للإدارة العامة للأملاك وطرح
النهر ، أما العقارات المبنية والأراضى الفضاء المخصصة للبناء فتسلم لوزارة
الإسكان والمرافق العامة لإدارتها لحساب التركة حتى تتم تصفيتها
أو يتقرر تسليمها لصاحب الحق فيها .
وتصفى من تاريخ الوفاة جميع أنواع النشاط التجارى أو المهنى التى كان
يزاولها المتوفى .
