تصفى كافة عناصر التركة على وجه السرعة ويودع صافى
ثمنها بالخزانة العامة لحساب التركة حتى يتقرر حق ذوى الشأن فيها
أو تنتهى المدة المنصوص عليها بالمادة الثانية .
ويجوز بالنسبة إلى العناصر التى يقوم بشأنها نزاع جدى إرجاء تصفيتها
إلى أن يتم الفصل نهائيا فى هذا النزاع .
