تقوم اللجنة المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة بتقويم عناصر
التركة وعليها أن تودع النقود خزانة المحافظة لحساب التركة .
و إذا كان بين موجودات التركة أوراق مالية أو مصوغات أو مجوهرات
أو تحف أو أشياء ذات أهمية خاصة أو يتعذر تقدير قيمتها محليا كان عليها
أن ترسلها لوزارة الخزانة للتحفظ عليها بعد تقدير قيمتها بمعرفتها أو بواسطة
من ترى الاستعانة بهم من الخبراء الفنيين .
