على مالكى ومؤجرى المساكن والأماكن التى يتوفى بها
من لا وارث له والمقيمين مع المتوفى وخدمة وعلى رجال الإدارة المختصين
ومديرى المستشفيات والمصحات والملاجئ أن يبلغوا الجهات التى يعينها
وزير الخزانة بقرار يصدر منه عن الوفاة خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة
من وقت علمهم بها .
