يخفض الرسم النسبى على شهر المحررات بنسبة الثلث من مقداره المستحق بعد التخفيض المنصوص عليه فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة (٣٤) مكررا « ٢ » ومع تطبيق أحكام المادة ٣٤ مكررا ، ويسرى التخفيض الجديد على المحررات الخاصة بطلبات الشهر القائمة عند بدء العمل به ، وتلك التى تقدم خلال ثلاث سنوات تالية .
ولرئيس الجمهورية أن يقرر العمل بالتخفيض على الرسوم المشار إليها فى الفقرة السابقة ، وذلك لمدة أو لمدد أخرى.
