يخفض الرسم النسبى على شهر المحررات بنسبة (٢٥٪) من مقداره المستحق بعد التخفيض المنصوص عليه فى الفقرة الأولى من المادة (٣٤) مكررا ومع تطبيق أحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة ذاتها ، ويسرى التخفيض الجديد على المحررات الخاصة بطلبات الشهر القائمة عند بدء العمل به ، وتلك التى تقدم خلال ثلاث سنوات تالية .
ويجوز لرئيس الجمهورية أن يقرر العمل بالتخفيض على الرسوم المشار إليه فى الفقرة السابقة ، وذلك لمدة أو لمدد أخرى .
