لا يؤدى رسم نسبي على شهر حق الإرث وأحكام إشهار الإفلاس وعرائض الدعاوى العينية العقارية وأوراق الإجراءات الخاصة بالبيوع الجبرية وإنذارات الشفعة وكذلك الأحكام الصادرة ببطلان أو فسخ أو إلغاء أي حق من الحقوق التي تم شهرها .
