لا يقل الرسم النسبي المنصوص عليه في الجدولين حرف " أ " و " ب " المرفقين بهذا القانون عن عشرة قروش بالنسبة للتصرفات والموضوعات التي لا تزيد قيمتها عن مائة قرش ، وفيما عدا ذلك لا يؤخذ رسم نسبي أقل من عشرين قرشا .
