يتعدد الرسم النسبي المشار إليه في المادة السابقة حسب الفئة الموضحة قرين كل تصرف أو موضوع فيها هو وارد بالجدولين حرف " أ " و " ب " المرفقين بهذا القانون .
وفى جميع الأحوال لا يقل هذا الرسم فى أى من الجدولين المشار إليهما عن عشرة
جنيهات » .
– « وتخصص نسبة ٣ ./. من حصيلة الرسم المشار إليه لصندوق الرعاية الصحية
والاجتماعية للعاملين بمصلحة الشهر العقارى والتوثيق » .
