يكون اختيار رؤساء لجان التوفيق من رجال القضاء أو أعضاء الهيئات القضائية
السابقين من المقيدين في الجداول التي تعد لهذا الغرض ، بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى
للهيئات القضائية .
وينشئ وزير العدل بقرار منه الجهة التي تتولى - في وزارة العدل - إعداد الجداول
المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة ، ويحدد القرار شروط وإجراءات القيد فيها - ومراجعتها.
