يصدر وزير العدل قرارا يتضمن تعيين مقار عمل لجان التوفيق ، وإجراءات تقديم
الطلبات إليها ، وقيدها والإخطار بها وما تحدده من جلسات ، وإجراءات العمل
في اللجان ، وغير ذلك مما يستلزمه تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون .
كما يصدر وزير العدل - بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية -
قرارا بقواعد تقدير مكافآت رؤساء اللجان .
