Article 8 of the Settlement of Sequestration Situations Law

يقدر ثمن الأراضى الزراعية التى لا ترد عينا على أساس سبعين مثل ضريبة الأطيان الأصلية المفروضة عليها وقت العمل بهذا القانون . وتقدر أشجار الحدائق وملحقات الأراضى طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم ١٧٨ لسنة ١٩٥٢ بالإصلاح الزراعى ولائحته التنفيذية .
ويسدد ثمن هذه الأراضى وثمن ملحقاتها مضافا إليها فائدة بواقع ٤ ./. سنويا من تاريخ البيع حتى تاريخ السداد خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
وتعفى الفوائد المذكورة من كافة الضرائب والرسوم .
