يعاقب بالوقف عن ممارسة المهنة لمدة عام وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه
ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه كل محاسب مقيد بجدول المحاسبين والمراجعين خالف الالتزام
المنصوص عليه فى الفقرة الأخيرة من المادة ( ٣٠ ) من هذا القانون وفى حالة العود تضاعف
العقوبة الأصلية .
