فى حالة وقوع أى فعل من أفعال التهرب من الضريبة من أحد الأشخاص الاعتبارية
يكون المسئول عنه الشريك المسئول أو المدير أو عضو مجلس الإدارة المنتدب أو رئيس
مجلس الإدارة ممن يتولون الإدارة الفعلية على حسب الأحوال .
