مع عدم الإخلال بالأحكام المنصوص عليها بالمادة (٦٧) من هذا القانون ،
يحكم بمصادرة السلع الواردة بالجدول المرافق لهذا القانون موضوع التهرب ، فإذا لم تضبط
حكم بما يعادل قيمتها ، ويجوز الحكم بمصادرة وسائل النقل والأدوات والمواد التى استعملت
فى التهرب وذلك عدا السفن والطائرات ما لم تكن أعدت خصيصا أو أجرت فعلا لهذا الغرض .
