Article 51 of the Value Added Tax Law

يكون للضريبة وضريبة الجدول والضريبة الإضافية وغيرها من المبالغ الأخرى المستحقة للمصلحة بمقتضى هذا القانون امتياز على جميع أموال المدينين بها أو المكلفين بتحصيلها وتوريدها إلى المصلحة بحكم القانون وذلك بالأولوية على كافة الديون الأخرى عدا المصاريف القضائية .
