تتولى الجهة الإدارية بعد اعتماد السلطة المختصة لمذكرة الطرح النهائى وكراسة الشروط والمواصفات للمشروع ، توجيه الدعوة إلى المستثمرين لسحب كراسة الشروط ، وأداء الثمن المحدد لها إلى الوحدة المركزية للمشاركة ، وذلك طبقا للأسس والقواعد التى تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
