لعضو النقابة والعميل حق الطعن فى قرار المجلس بتقدير الأتعاب فى العشرة الأيام التالية لإعلانه بهذا القرار ، وذلك بتكليف خصمه بالحضور أمام المحكمة المختصة .
ويجوز الطعن فى الأحكام الصادرة فى التظلم بكافة أوجه الطعن العادية وغير العادية ماعدا المعارضة وتتبع فى ذلك القواعد المنصوص عليها فى قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية .
