لمجلس النقابة الحق فى حرمان عضو من كل أو بعض ما يكون قد تقرر له من معاش أو إعانة من صندوق المعاشات والإعانات إذا حكم عليه جنائيا أو تأديبيا لأمور ماسة بالشرف ، ويجب أن يصدر القرار فى هذه الحالة بأغلبية ثلثى الأعضاء .
