يكون لمجلس النقابة وحده حق الفصل نهائيا فى كل تظلم من قرارات لجنة الصندوق يقدمه من المطالبين أو المستحقين لمعاش أو إعانة أو مرتب يقتضى أحكام هذا القانون ولا يجوز أن يشترك فى إصدار القرار فى التظلم أعضاء لجنة الصندوق .
