تشكل لجنة التحقيق بالنقابة أو بالنقابة الفرعية من :
رئيسا وكيل النقابة الذى يختاره مجلس النقابة .
عضو من النيابة الإدارية التى بها مقر النقابة يختاره الرئيس المختص للنيابة الإدارية .
أعضاء
عضو يختاره مجلس النقابة المختص ممن يمارسون مهنة العضو وأقدم منه فى التخرج .
