يحاكم أمام الهيئات التأديبية للنقابة الأعضاء الذين يرتكبون أمورا مخلة بشرفهم أو ماسة بكرامة المهنة أو الذين يهملون فى تأدية واجباتهم . أما الأعضاء من العاملين بالجهاز الإدارى للدولة والقطاع العام والهيئات العامة والوحدات التابعة لها فلا يحاكمون أمام الهيئات التأديبية المذكورة إلا فيما يقع منهم بسبب مزاولة المهنة خارج أعمال وظائفهم .
