تشكل لجنة لقيد الأعضاء فى جداول النقابة بقرار من مجلس النقابة برئاسة أحد وكيلى النقابة وعضوية اثنين يختارهما المجلس سنويا من أعضائه كممثلين لكل شعبة من شعب النقابة .
ويقدم طلب القيد مرفقا به الأوراق والمستندات المثبتة لتوفر الشروط اللازمة مصحوبا برسم القيد المقرر إلى الشعبة المختصة بالنقابة لدراسته وتقديم توصيتها بشأنه إلى لجنة القيد وذلك طبقا للأوضاع والإجراءات التى يحددها النظام الداخلى للنقابة .
