تعقد اجتماعات دورية بين مجلس النقابة العامة والنقابات الفرعية كما تشكل مؤتمر يضم أعضاء هذه المجالس وينعقد مرتين على الأقل وتكون مهمته وضع خطة العمل ومتابعة تنفيذها وذلك كله وفقا لما يحدده النظام الداخلى للنقابة .
