لا يكون انعقاد الجمعية العمومية للنقابة صحيحا إلا إذا حضره ربع عدد الأعضاء على الأقل ممن لهم حق حضور الاجتماع وإذا لم يتوافر هذا العدد بعد مضى ساعة ، دعيت الجمعية العمومية إلى الاجتماع ثانية خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ الاجتماع المذكور ويكون اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الثانى صحيحا إذا حضر ثلاثمائة عضو على الأقل وتكرر الدعوة حتى يكتمل هذا العدد .
