يعاقب بغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة جنيهات كل من وقع أو قبل أو استعمل عقدا ورسما أو صورة أو محررا مما ورد فى المادة ( ٥٢ ) من هذا القانون لم يؤد عنه رسم الدمغة المقرر ويحكم القاضى من تلقاء نفسه لمصلحة النقابة بما يوازى قيمة رسم الدمغة وذلك علاوة على الرسم المذكور .
