Article 104 of the Applied Arts Professions Syndicate Law

مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون آخر يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يرتكب أحد الأفعال الآتية :
( أولا ) انتحال لقبا فنيا أو أخصائيا فنى بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون .
( ثانيا ) مخالفة أحكام القرارات التى يصدرها وزير الصناعة طبقا للمادة ( ١٠١ ) .
