إذا طرأ لأى سبب من الأسباب ما يمس كيان النقابة المالى فلأعضاء النقابة مجتمعين فى هيئة جمعية عمومية بعد تصديق وزير الرى والتأمينات الاجتماعية أن يقرروا حل صندوق المعاشات والإعانات المنشأ بمقتضى هذا القانون وتوزيع واستخدام رصيد هذا الصندوق ويراعى فى توزيع هذا الرصيد تفضيل أرباب المعاشات بنسبة المعاش المقرر لكل منهم .
